Hit the banner above to check out Roey and Robbo getting down on a concrete half pipe from the eighties. This thing was 20 minutes from my parents house growing up; it's over vert, bumpy and really hard to ride. Thanks to Charlie and Seventies for the edit.
We put up some shots of Josh's new ride a few weeks ago. Josh got Joe Cox to take some nicer snaps and a few action shots.
Beford, with pegs? WTF!
He's been working on a web edit but hurt his wrist, so once that's healed it should get wrapped up.
Josh's Dad is a well known poster artists, he stayed with me a few months ago and left me a copy of his book. Check out Martin Bedford's website to find out more about Josh's old man.
So the internet is down at the old office. We should get the keys today for the new place today and move in over the weekend. Also we just got a new shipment in!
Rob Palmer from Enter The Tree House just sent me a link to a new edit featuring Robbo. Check it.
If your trying to get hold of us, please bear with us we are in the middle of moving into a new office, we should be back to normal some time next week.
We are moving! For the next 10 days updates might be on the slow side as we are in the process of moving and have a bunch of new product about to land in the warehouse.
So keep your eye on the twitter feed below for updates on the move.
As some of you may know, all our Twitter buddies sure do, we have been working on forks for a while now. We have been getting a lot of questions about them, so here is a small preview; price is still to be confirmed, weight is at 32ozs. and if all goes well they should be out Spring 2010.
To achieve this one piece look we used a investment casting process for the drop out, this is then welded into the fork leg. There is no drop out to crack as the drop out and bottom part of the leg are all one. The actual fork leg is tapered and triple butted to help save weight.
The drop out is 5mm and hollow, to help save weight. We also tapered the drop out thickness so there is more material attached to the leg. Again this will help to prevent bending.
The steerer has a built in race for easy installation. We use a larger cut out in the bottom to help with nosepick tricks, this helps to create more traction between your shoe and tire as your toe end will fit in to this cut out.
Holding it all tight; a nice slim profile top cap, 6mm broached allen key hole and will also accept a 30mm wrench.
