RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • You are welcome to return any item for refund, exchange or store credit. Subject to the following conditions:

  • No returns after 30 days from the purchase date
  •  
  • Refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
  •  
  • No returns on clothing items that have been washed
  •  
  • The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs on returns, unless Mutiny Bikes is at fault for any errors in shipping or item accuracy
  •  
  • All returns must be authorized prior to shipment, and a copy of the invoice must be included
