  • Our warranty covers manufacturing issues; workmanship or material to the original owner with the original purchase receipt. In testing all of our products, long before we go into production of any item, we work hard to produce the best BMX products we can. Denting, bending and breakages are not something we can cover under our warranty but are happy to help replace for a discounted cost. Think about it? If you brought a new car and drove it into a wall, would you be able to return it to dealer? This is why we offer our crash replacement program.

  • Each item is covered for the following period;

  • Frames - 12 months. Please mail in the warranty card provided to register.
  •  
  • Forks - life time of product. Please mail in the warranty card provided to register.
  •  
  • Parts and handle bars - 30 days.
  •

  • We will normally ask for pictures and information regarding the claim. Please have a copy of your original purchase receipt; this is needed for all claims. Any claim not accompanied with a receipt or without authorization for return will not be processed. Transportation charges are not included.

  • For customers outside the USA please return the goods to the place of purchase with a copy of your original receipt. You can also contact the distributor in your region.

  • If the goods are deemed to be be defective under our warranty we will issue a replacement. Transportation charges are not included.

  • We realize things can go wrong when pushing your riding and appreciate your support when choosing something we make. We will be happy to replace the item for a reduced cost if not deemed to be a manufacturing issue.

  • Items that have already been warrantied and replaced can not be re-warrantied.
  •  
  • BMX is a inherently dangerous like it or not and you should always inspect your bike every time you ride. We also recommend you have a professional look over it periodically.
